Covid-19 Safety Pledge

The safety and security of our customers and team is always our top priority, and we have been working hard to find a safe way to start serving our food again in line with the government advice
We have now begun firing up the grills again for diners who wish to eat in our bar or restaurant. We will still be doing our deliveries on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday plus collections 7 days a week. It’s really important to us that our restaurant and bar are a safe place to be for both our customers and our staff. To make sure that’s the case, we’ve created a safety pledge.

Here are some changes we’ll be introducing: 

- We’ll be checking in with staff before they work a shift to make sure they feel fit and well enough to come to work.
- We’ll be reducing the number of people working within the bar and restaurant to make sure they can stay 2m apart (or 1+ metre with mitigating measures)
- We’ll be reducing our opening hours and our menu (Don’t worry, if your favourites not on there just ask and we will try our best to do it for you)
- We won’t be accepting walk in’s for our restaurant. It will be Pre-booked tables only which you can be booked for 2.5 hour intervals. This will be made aware when you book your table.
-We’ll also only be taking contactless and card payment only
- There will be no seating AT the bar; seating will be at tables only. Drink ordering is done through our bar person that will come and take your order at the table.

- As well as daily hygiene briefings to keep safety top of mind, we’ll also be increasing cleaning practises within the restaurant including hand washing at regular intervals with a reminder of an alarm every 20 minutes. We’ll also be providing customers and delivery drivers with hand sanitizer and or food safe gloves. 
- Face coverings are available for our team members who wish to wear them
